How it works? Well it’s just like one to one coaching but at your convenience to suit your lifestyle!
So rather than having to stick to a time and arrange to meet a coach you have the flexibility to do your session/s when it suits you each week. In addition, you get the support and guidance of a qualified trainer to help make your sessions of value every time you exercise. You take the guess work out of what you are doing so your efforts are effective from day one.
Reaching your goals is personal to both of us, so when you train with me you receive a totally bespoke programme to cater for you and I am as determined as you to make it work.
To start with you will get a free personal telephone conversation where we can discuss your exercise history, goals, current activity levels and more. After this we have an electronic trainer /client screening session to ascertain base level fitness and statistics and then each week you receive a progressive programme to work to in accordance with the goals you set.
